Dendrimers are highly branched synthetic macromolecules with repetitive structures. These are characterized by a central core, layers of repeating units, and active end groups with surface charges. Fluorinated amphiphilic dendrimeric structures are capable of assembling into supramolecular systems of different size and shape. The structure comprises a hydrophilic portion based on polyester moieties. The subject of the following invention is supramolecular complexes that comprise at least one dendrimeric structure, one or more nucleic acids, and a pharmaceutically acceptable vector.
The structures of the dendrimers allow to make available a multiplicity of equivalent fluorine atoms (27 19F atoms), which allows to trace their localization when administered in an organism.
